Emotional Attachment

Emotion changes our achievements:

To be the Best: positive attitude and ambition are important; effective training will balance mental, physical and technical processes; however have you noticed how emotion changes your perspective and the importance of the thing you are aiming for?

When you set a Goal, make sure it has postiive emotional attachments for YOU; and BELIEVE that you can achieve it.
